Pet Poster

Materials Needed:

Construction paper (brown, yellow, black, and white)
White posterboard
White cotton balls
Yellow feathers
Black marker
Black yarn
Glue

What to Do:

Using templates trace and cut out:

- Rabbit on white construction paper.
- Cat on black construction paper.
- Dog on brown construction paper.
- Bird on yellow construction paper.

Cut black yarn to various lengths, but not exceeding two inches.
Cut poster board in half.
With black marker, divide the poster board into four equal quadrants.
Instruct children to glue:

- Cat in one quadrant on posterboard.
- Rabbit in one quadrant on posterboard.
- Dog in one quadrant on posterboard.
- Bird in one quadrant on posterboard.

Using a black marker instruct children to:

- Trace around all the animals and the bird.
- Draw an ear, eye and spots on dog.

  Instruct children to glue:

- Cotton balls onto the rabbit.
- Yarn onto the cat.
- Feathers onto the bird.
