Toothbrush Chart

Materials Needed:

Construction paper (white, blue, and red)
Small smiley face stickers
Crayons
Glue

Scissors

Toothbrush Template & Chart Template

What to Do:

Using template, trace toothbrush onto white construction paper and cut out.
Draw line to separate handle from bristle part of toothbrush.
Instruct children to color the handle using crayon.
Demonstrate to children how to create bristles by making cuts in the white area that has not been colored in.
Spread glue on back of handle and glue toothbrush down onto blue construction paper.
Copy template of charts onto red construction paper and cut out.
Supply each child with a chart to glue to the blue construction paper.
You can buy small smiley face stickers at most stores that sell school/office supplies.
