Owl Hearts

Materials Needed:

Construction paper (black and red)
Black marker
Glue

Template

What to Do:

Using template, trace and cut out:

- Hearts on red construction paper.
- Eyes on black construction paper.

Instruct children to:

- Turn one heart upside down and glue it to the other heart, about half way down. (See sample pic.)
- Glue eyes to rounded part of upside down heart.
- Make a fold in the upside down heart at about the halfway point. Fold down to look like an owls head.
- Use a black marker to write:

- "Guess whoooo..." on the outside flap of the owl's head.
- Lift up flap and write, "Loves you?"
