The Three Little Pigs Houses

Materials Needed:
Construction paper (black, yellow, white, blue, and red)
Black crayon/marker
7- Craft sticks
Pine needles
Glue
Template

What to Do:
Cut black construction paper so it is 7.5x18 in.
Using template, trace and cut out:

- Houses onto white construction paper
- Roofs onto yellow construction
- Doors onto blue construction paper

Instruct children to:

- Glue houses onto black paper.
- Glue roofs onto the top of houses.
- Cut some of the pine needles in half for above the door.
- Glue full-length pine needles vertically on each side of door of first house.
- Glue half-size pine needles vertically above door of first house.
- Glue 2 full-length craft sticks vertically on each side of door of second house.
- Cut 3 craft sticks in half. (Adult should do this step.)
- Glue 5 halves vertically above door of second house.
- Cut brick shapes from red construction paper and glue on third house.*
- Use a crayon/marker to draw a doorknob on each of the doors.

* Teacher may want to cut the bricks out in advance.
