Guess the Animal Sound

Materials Needed:
Pictures of different kinds of farm/zoo animals (many)
Laminating material
Large craft sticks
Tape/glue

What to Do:
Cut out many pictures of different kinds of farm/zoo animals.
Laminate the animal pictures.
Tape/glue each animal picture to the end a large craft stick.
At group time, hold up an animal picture and ask the children to imitate the sound that the pictured animal makes.

* If space permits, you may want to ask the children to imitate both the sound and the movements of the animal.
