Number Wheel

Materials Needed:

Large paper plate/cardboard circle (1 per child)
Markers
55 Sticky dots or other stickers
10 Clip clothespins

What to Do:

Using a marker, draw lines to divide a large paper plate/cardboard circle into 10 even pie shaped sections.
In each section, stick a different number (1-10) of dots/other stickers.
Using the marker, write a different numeral or number word (1-10) on each of the clip clothespins.
Ask the children to try and match the clothespins to the section of the pie containing the same amount of stickers as the numeral or number word written on the clothespin.
When they find the correct section for a clothespin, have him/her clip the clothespin to that section.
