Big Button Spiders

Materials Needed:

Large buttons (four hole)
Black pipe cleaners (2 per spider)

What to Do:

Cut pipe cleaners in half and give each child four of the cut pieces and one large button.
Instruct children to:

- Bend the four pieces of pipe cleaners in half.
- One at a time, slide the ends of each pipe cleaner into two separate holes. (Once all pipe cleaners are inserted, each hole will have two "legs" protruding from it.)
- Shape pipe cleaners, which are now sticking out from under the button, into "spider legs".
