How Many Animals in the Cage

Materials Needed:

10 index cards
Tape
Plastic strawberry/cherry tomato containers
Plastic zoo animals
Marker

What To Do:

Using a marker, write one number (1-10) on each of the index cards.
Take each index card and tape it onto the outside bottom of each plastic container.
Turn the container upside down, so the bottom now becomes the top.
Have the children take turns placing the appropriate number of animals into their "cages" (the strawberry/cherry tomato containers).
