Look It’s Me in the Tree

Materials Needed:
  Posterboard (brown)
    Velcro dots
    Leaves
  Marker (black)

What to Do:
  Create a tree with brown posterboard and laminate.
    Stick velcro dots on many branches.

  Make or buy leaves in colorful fall colors and stick Velcro dots on leaves.
    Write one letter on each of the leaves making sure you have all the letters needed for each child to spell their name (the alphabet plus duplicate letters if needed).
    Instruct Instruct children to practice sticking the letters of their name to the branches and/or to try spelling new words using the Velcro leaf letters.
