 Sandpaper
  Marker
  Shells
  Glue

 Starfish template

 

What to Do:

  Trace starfish template onto sandpaper and cut out.
  Place starfish, glue and shells on art table.
  Invite children to come over and decorate their sandpaper starfish with shells.
