My Favorite Things Number Bag

Materials Needed:

Paper grocery bags with handles (enough for each child to have one)
Marker

What to Do:

Write a number (1-10) on each of the bags. Make sure the numbers are large enough that they are easily seen by the child.
Give each of the children a bag and have them go around the room and collect the amount of item(s) that are numbered on their bag.
After collecting the items, have them bring their bags to circle time and count the items from each bag together as a group.
