Parts of a Flower

Materials Needed:
Construction paper (blue, purple, green, brown, yellow, and salmon or cream)
Small cupcake paper
Glue
Scissors
Template
Labels

What to Do:
Using template, trace and cut out stem and leaves onto green, petals onto purple, seed onto yellow, and roots onto salmon or cream paper.
Cut a four inch strip of brown construction paper creating a rolling wave swell effect at the top to create the soil and glue down to the bottom of a blue sheet of paper.
Glue the stem and leaves on.
Then glue the petals down so they form a circle.
Glue down the cupcake paper as the center of the flower.
Cut out the labels and glue down appropriately.
