Nature Colors

Materials Needed:

   Nature items (i.e. leaves, flowers, dirt, butterfly, ladybug, pine needles, pine tree branch, berries, etc)
     Color Palettes (found at local craft stores)

What to Do:

     Invite children to come on a “nature walk” to find items for science center to explore and sort according to color.
     After bringing items back to science center, provide children with color palettes to use while sorting items.
