Egg and Spoon Race

Materials Needed:  

Plastic spoons  

Plastic eggs

What to Do:  

Give each child a spoon and an egg and line children up horizonatally.  

Have children put the egg on the spoon and run across the playground trying not to drop the egg.

* Variations: Have a tag team spoon and egg race. For younger children put some sand into the eggs to weight them and then have them use a large serving spoon.
