Fill the Bins

Materials Needed:  
Three large garbarge bin shapes (cut from bulletin board paper)  
Magazines  
Scissors  
Glue sticks  
Recycle symbol

What to Do:  
Label bins “glass”, “paper”, “plastic”.
Glue the recycle symbol to each bin.  
Invite children to cut pictures from magazines of items that can be recycled.  
Ask children to glue pictures to appropriate bins until full.  

 
* Don’t forget to recycle those left over scraps of paper!
