Paper Roll Campfire

Materials Needed:

Cardboard rolls (i.e. wrapping paper,paper towel)  

Glue  

Brown paint  

Tissue paper (red , yellow, and orange)  

Scissors

What to Do:  

Cut cardboard rolls in a variety of lengths.  

Glue the tubes together to resemble logs in a campfire paint brown if desired.  

Add tissue paper flames by poking a square of tissue paper into the ends of or between the tubes.  Glue in place.

* This can be made as a group to use in dramatic play or individually.

* Alternatively you could make a mini version of the campfire using toothpicks.
