Recycled Materials Collage

Materials Needed:
Masking tape (colored tape is fun to look at)
Recycled scrap paper (wrapping paper, brown lunch bags, computer paper, construction paper)

What to Do:
Supply the art center with recycled scrap paper and tape.
Invite children to come to the art center to explore with the materials provided.
