Handprint Deer

Materials Needed:

Brown construction paper

Crayons

Black pom poms

Wiggly eyes

Glue

Small paper plate

Scissors

What to Do:

Trace and cut out each child’s hands.

Instruct the children to color their small paper plate brown and draw on a mouth.

Give children one pom pom for the deer’s nose and two wiggly eyes to glue to the plate.

Then instruct children to turn their plate over and glue their hands to the back of the plate with their fingers pointing up and their thumbs toward the middle.
