Materials Needed:

Assorted boxes (e.g. oatmeal, cereal, shoe, tissue)

Paint

Glue

Rubber bands (for older children only)

Scissors

Construction paper

Craft sticks

Pipe cleaners (chenille sticks)

Bells

Tape

Paper plates

Rice or small beans

Small containers (e.g. film canisters, empty medicine bottles)

What to Do:

Supply the art center with assorted boxes, containers, paint, glue, rubber bands, scissors, construction paper, craft sticks, pipe cleaners, bells, tape, paper plates, and rice or small beans.

Invite children to come to the art center to explore with the materials provided.
