Create a Rainforest

Materials Needed:

Black construction paper (12X18)

Construction paper (assorted shades of green)

vBrown construction paper (9 ½ x 11)

Rainforest animal stickers

Green yarn

Tissue paper (cut into squares)

Glue or glue sticks

Scissors

What to Do:

Provide the art center with various shades of green and brown construction paper, rainforest animal stickers, green yarn, tissue paper squares, glue, and scissors.

Provide each child with a 12X18 sheet of black paper and then invite them to come to the art center to explore the materials provided.
