Binoculars

Materials Needed:
Paper towel rolls
Tape
Hole puncher
Yarn
Markers
Stickers
Scissors

What to Do:
Cut the paper towel rolls in half and tape the two halves together side by side to create the binocular frame.
Punch a hole in the outside wall of each roll about  a ½ inch from the top.
String a piece of yarn through the holes and knot at each end to create a loop to wear the binoculars as a necklace.
Supply the art center with markers and stickers for decorating the binoculars.
Invite the children to take their binoculars outside to explore the playground.
