Camp Memory

Camp Memory
Materials Needed:
Image1 Dramatic play camping supplies (plate, eating utensils, cup, binoculars, flashlight, etc)
Image1 Backpack

What to Do:
Image1 Pass out a camp item to each child.
Image1 Go around in a circle and have the first child announce to the group what item is going into the backpack. The child then passes the backpack to the next friend. The teacher will ask “What did (first child’s name) put in the bag? Ok, what are you putting in the bag?” The child will then put the item in the bag and then pass the bag to the next person. Then the teacher will go back to child one and ask the class, “What did (first child’s name) put in the bag? What did (second child’s name) put in the bag? What are you putting in the bag?” This will continue until every child has put an item into the bag. It is helpful if the whole class tries to remember and participates.
