Run with the Wind

Materials Needed:
Paper plates (1 per child)
Markers/crayons
Stapler/glue
Streamers (cut to approximately 2 foot lengths)
Tape

What to Do:
Invite children to decorate a paper plate using markers or crayons.
After plate is decorated invite children to tape stramers to half of the plate along the edge of the rim on the undecorated side of the plate.
Fold plate in half with undecorated side facing in and tape, staple, or glue edges together.
Cut a rectangle big enough for the child's fingers to fit through, approximetly 1/2 to 1 inch in from center fold of the plate.
Invite children to run outside with their beautiful streamers.
