Spoon Bugs

Materials Needed:

Assorted pipe cleaners

Plastic or metal spoons (in various sizes)

Water

Plaster of Paris

Acrylic paint (assorted colors)

What to Do:

Cut pipe cleaners to desired lengths to be used for legs and antennae.

Mix Plaster of Paris.

Fill spoons with Plaster of Paris.

Place legs into mixture on spoon.

Allow bugs to dry.

When plaster is dry, pop "bugs" carefully out of the spoons.

Paint "bugs" and bend legs as desired.
