Tent Patterns

Materials Needed:

Pattern

Construction paper (2 colors)

Scissors

What to Do:

Trace and cut out multiples of tent patterns in two colors.

Demonstrate how to make an ABABABAB pattern and then provide children with the tent patterns to create their own patterns.

*To make this activity more challenging add a third color and do ABCABCABC patterns or ABBABBABBABB patterns.

*Laminating tents will provide better durability so as to last longer for future use.
