The Smelly Nose

Materials Needed:

Construction paper (multicultural colors)

Nose template

Glue

Scented materials (e.g. ginger, soap, lemon, cinnamon, flower petals, crushed red pepper)

Scissors

What to Do:

Trace and cut out nose template.

Instruct children to place dots of glue onto their nose and help them apply one of each of the “smelly” items.

Label the items and ask the children which one smells the best and which one they like the least.
