Snowball Letters

Materials Needed:
Cotton balls
Construction paper
Black marker
Scissors

What to Do:
Cut construction paper in half and write large letters on the paper.
Put out cotton balls to use as snowballs. Encourage children to use cotton balls to form letters by placing them side by side on top of the teacher made letters.
