My Own Fireworks

Materials Needed:
Cotton swabs
Paint (red, blue, and white)
Glue
Glitter
Black construction paper

What to Do:
Cut the cotton swabs in half.
Provide the art center with red, white, and blue paint mixed with a small amount of glue.
Have children dip the cotton ends of the swabs in red, white, or blue paint.
Place the swabs onto a piece of black construction paper.
Sprinkle with glitter when finished.
