Drawing in the Snow

Materials Needed:

White paint
Dark blue or black paper
Small metal objects that are attracted by magnets (paperclips, ball bearings, nails, screws, washers, etc...).
Magnets
Cake pan or lid of box

What to Do:

Cut paper to fit into cake pan or box lid.
Instruct children to:

- Drip several large drops of paint onto paper.
- Place one or more metal objects onto paper.
- Place a magnet under the pan or box lid and move around until they "catch" the metal objects.
- Move objects around in the paint to create their "masterpieces".
