Fire Hats and Boots

Materials Needed:
Construction paper (red, yellow, and black)
Boot template
Hat template
Scissors
Markers
Stapler or tape
Pencils

What to Do:
Invite children to trace templates onto construction paper and cut out.
Write “Fire Chief _____” with children’s name on the top part of the hat.
Attach construction paper strips to edges of boot pattern to go around the bottom to cover shoes.

Adaptations: Have older children write their own names on hat.
