Horse Racing

Materials Needed:
Safety cones
Jump ropes

What to Do:
Using two cones per set, placed a few feet apart from each other, attach a rope so it extends from one cone to the other cone to create an obstacle to jump over. (Make sure it is low to the ground so as to avoid it being a tripping hazard.) Make several sets of these "jumps".
Have children line up and take turns galloping to each set of cones and then jumping over the jump.
