"Where Do You Live?"

Materials Needed:

White and red construction paper
Black marker
Picture of child
Brad/paper fastener
Scissors
Mailbox template
Flag template

What To Do:

Have parents send in a picture of their child. (Ask if they could please send a picture with just the child in it)
Using the templates, trace and cut out the mailbox on white construction paper and the flag on red construction paper.
Using the marker, write the child's name on the red flag and attach it to mailbox using the brad/paper fastener.
Using the marker, write the child's address on the mailbox.
Have the child glue his/her picture onto the front of the mailbox.
Use the mailbox as a tool to teach each child his/her address.
